Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Dentalz Store, we want you to receive the correct products in good condition. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Change of mind and exchanges

We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If you ordered the wrong item, contact us before opening or using it. We may approve an exchange after evaluating the product, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. Any price difference and applicable delivery charges will be confirmed before the exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used dental instruments, clinical products, disposable items, and products that may have been exposed to biological materials cannot be exchanged for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video where helpful. Keep the product and its packaging until we advise you on the next steps.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UAE law. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Where Dentalz Store sent the wrong item or the product is confirmed defective, we will cover the reasonable cost of arranging its return or collection.

Product warranty

Dentalz Store offers a 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, unless a product page states a longer warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

The store warranty does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and process it through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
